IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN OUR GOAL TO CREATE A SAFE AND HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT FOR OUR CLIENTS AND OUR STAFF. THIS IS MORE IMPORTANT NOW THAN EVER!
Below you will find out what we have done to keep all of us safe while we go back to business.
WHAT WE ARE DOING
-Masks are not required, but they are encouraged - especially for those who are not vaccinated. Some of our artists, despite being vaccinated, will wear a mask during your tattoo, and may ask you to do so as well.
-We have switched to an appointment only system for all services. You may walk in to purchase jewelry, aftercare, or to consult for a tattoo - but we are appointment only.
-We have suspended the piercing of all infants and toddlers. Currently our age restriction is 5+ - only one parent or guardian should accompany the minor and no additional friends or family members are allowed to watch.
-Anyone exhibiting COVID symptoms will be asked to reschedule their appointment for at least 14 days from the day.
-Common surfaces (door handles, front desk items, etc) will be wiped down more often.
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO
-Please be understanding and patient. Things will take more time.
-Come ALONE to your appointment. To limit the number of people in the building, only one client per artist can be in the building. The only exception to this is minors with their parent/guardian. The parent/guardian must stay at least 6ft away from the artist and wear a face covering as well. Only ONE parent or guardian may be in the building and no other family or friends can be in the building. Parent/Guardian must stay behind any marked areas at all times.
-Wash your hands before and after any procedure, and during breaks. Try not to touch your face, cover your nose and mouth if you cough or sneeze, and if you have symptoms of COVID please reschedule your appointment.
-Whenever possible, purchase Jewelry, Aftercare, gift cards, and merchandise from our online store instead of coming into the building. We wont be able to ship things as fast as Amazon, but it won't take long.
